Man, these are so good! I was craving something sweet when I saw a non-zero version come across my feed. I figured it couldn’t be too hard to recreate.
1 1/2 cups almond flour
3/4 cup erithotyl
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Pinch of Salt
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup softened butter
Mix together dry ingredients
Mix together wet ingredients
Push into greased muffin tins to create a cup.
Cook for 20 minutes at 350⁰
The crust will expand in the muffin tins, just push the crust down once fully cooked to recreate the cup. I used a Tablespoon spoon to do so. .
Let the cookie cups cool down completely

1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup erithotyl .
Add to the cookie cups
Let chill for 30 minutes
